AI tools first, then learning sites, booking systems and landing pages. For each project we explain what it is for and which technology does what. Most of them run live, so you can try them yourself.

Case 01 · AI Triage

Inquiry Triage Board

A workflow tool that reads each incoming email and uses AI to flag its urgency, deadline, the right staff member and the client's frustration level, so deadlines aren't missed. Built as a proof of concept (PoC) for inquiries to a tax accounting office.

The emails are fictional sample data (no real people, companies or cases). The classifications, however, are made live by the AI model "jev". The demo UI is in Japanese.

Purpose

Why we built it

To reduce two common failures at an inquiry desk, missed deadlines and emails sent to the wrong person, with a system rather than extra effort.

Problem

The problem

When email volume is high, urgent cases and messages from the tax office get buried under other mail, and responses slip.

Solution

The solution

AI classifies each email on 10 fields, extracts the deadline and scores urgency. "Deadline alert" and "Needs review" views sort the work by priority.

Outcome

Expected effect

Staff no longer read and sort every email by hand; they focus on the cases that need judgment. Low-confidence results go to a person.

How it works

How a message is classified

AI output is never used blindly. It is combined with business rules.

Ingest email

Inquiry emails are fetched and stored in the database.

AI rates 10 fields

Category, deadline type, urgency, owner, frustration level and more, as typed output.

Find the deadline

Dates are extracted from the text, or estimated from statutory deadlines (e.g. March 15 for tax returns).

Work by priority

Filter by deadline alert or needs review, and see progress in real time.

Skills and technology used

What each piece of technology is used for.

AI text classificationThe model "jev" (typesafe/jev) on Cloudflare Workers AI reads each email and classifies it. The emails are samples, but the AI's judgments are real. Three output types (choice, yes/no, graded scale) keep results consistent.

DeploymentPublished on a custom domain. Because the demo calls AI, production use would require authentication (e.g. Cloudflare Access).
Custom Domain Observability

Out of scope for the PoC: connecting to a real mailbox, and authentication. The AI only classifies and routes. It does not answer tax questions.

Case 02 · AI Writing Check

Writing Judge

A web app where the AI model "jev" checks the quality of a text. It reads the pasted text (30 to 10,000 characters), scores it on 8 axes and shows a radar chart with an overall rank. Results are saved to a database.

Purpose

Purpose

To spot weak points right after writing a blog post, email or proposal, from an outside point of view.

8 Axes

The 8 axes

Empathy, logic, clarity, specificity, originality, persuasiveness, structure and energy, each on a 5-point scale. The average becomes a 0–100 score ranked S to D.

Checks

Additional checks

Genre, tone and intended reader, plus clarity of the main point, wordy passages, typos, inconsistent wording and insensitive expressions.

Case 03 · Operations Dashboard

YouTube Operations Dashboard

An internal site for running a YouTube channel. It lists the production status of full episodes and Shorts, and a calendar shows at a glance whether each upload is done.

Calendar showing scheduled uploads
Calendar: scheduled full episodes (Mon, Wed, Sat at 19:00) and Shorts (3 a day), with open slots and remaining count
Episode list showing production status
Episode list: progress for each step (script, images, audio, video, thumbnail, upload, publish)

Titles and synopses are blurred because they include unreleased information. The UI is in Japanese.

Purpose

Purpose

As the number of videos grows, it gets hard to tell which step each episode is at or whether an upload was missed. This puts it all on one screen.

Features

Main features

Production status for episodes and Shorts, character management, an archive of finished episodes, an upload calendar and operating notes.

Stack

Stack and access

Built on Cloudflare Workers and D1. It is for the operator only, protected by Cloudflare Access (one-time PIN by email), and not public.

Case 04 · Online Course

Udemy course: Build your own "Manga AI Agent" (beginner-friendly)

A course in which beginners use Claude Code to build their own manga AI agent. It comes with materials for a workflow that runs from planning through panel layout, image generation and Kindle export. The course is taught in Japanese.

Purpose

Purpose

To let people with no drawing experience finish a manga by splitting the work with AI, and publish it on Kindle and similar stores.

Materials

Course materials

Workflow guide, series and episode config files, batch page generation, PDF/EPUB export, a template for new series and panel layouts.

Skills

Skills taught

Writing instructions for AI, automation with Python, batch use of an image generation API and e-book export: the same steps we use in our own production.
