Inquiry Triage Board
A proof of concept built for a tax accounting office. AI reads each incoming email and flags its urgency, deadline, the right staff member and the client's frustration level, so no deadline gets buried.
Fewer missed deadlines and misrouted emails, by design.
- AI classifies each email on 10 fields and scores its urgency
- Deadlines are pulled from the email text, or estimated from statutory dates (e.g. the March 15 tax filing deadline)
- Any result below 60% confidence goes to a person for review
- Staff filter by "deadline alert" or "needs review" and work in priority order
The emails are fictional sample data, but every classification is made live by the AI. The demo UI is in Japanese.
